Practice:

Both teams practice every Monday and Wednesday on artifical gras field at the Sportspark West. If you are interested in checking it out, just drop by and bring sport shoes and gear. All the Lacrosse equipment will be provided.

The Men's team is coached by two coaches at the moment, Ivan and Carlos.

The Ladies' team is coached by former German U19 national player Inki.
